Inside, the changes are mostly centred around the Touch Pro infotainment system which gains the GoPro developed ReRun app, allowing for real time monitoring of speed, throttle position, gear selection, braking and G-force.

All models also gain tan leather interior, lightweight sport seats, chrome aluminium inserts, satin chrome detailing on the gear lever on engine start button and a standard 10-speaker Meridian sound system with a 12-speaker surround sound setup optional. R-Dynamic models additionally get Delta aluminium inserts and R models linear vee aluminium trim.

Introduced to celebrate the upgrades, and available for one year only, the new F-Type 400 Sport Launch Edition features an updated version of the standard 3.0-supercharged V6 engine, which now produces 294 kW and connected to a eight-speed automatic gearbox with drive either going to the rear or all four wheels.

As part of the 400 package, each also get 20-inch Dark Grey Satin alloy wheels, Super Performance brakes, Sport Design Pack exterior trim, yellow interior stitching with premium leather finish and 400 SPORT badging, flat-bottomed steering wheel, brushed aluminium centre console and anodised aluminium gearshift paddles.

R-Dynamic models meanwhile make use of the standard F-Type's 250 kW or 280 kW supercharged V6 engine, with the V8 powered S, R and fire-breathing SVR remaining as is.
