2020 Ford Bronco rendered with four doors

12.07.2017

Already confirmed to re-enter production by 2020 after last being on sale in 1996, online forum Bronco6G.com has released a series of renderings showing what a four-door version of the still unseen new Ford Bronco could look like.

Sporting a retro appearance similar to previous renderings, the latest depictions sees the Bronco adopting a Jeep Wrangler style removable roof with three panels, dubbed Air Roof and LED lights, with the previous wheel arches now being flatter than earlier envisioned.

To make use of the same T6 platform as the Ranger and Everest, the Bronco will reportedly also feature solid front and rear axles made by off-road specialists Dana, and likely rival the forthcoming JL Wrangler currently undergoing testing.

No mention of powertrain options have yet been made, with Ford still to confirm whether the Bronco would be made in right-hand-drive as opposed to its left-hand-drive only predecessors.
