The F-Pace is in response to the positive feedback regarding the C-X17 concept car from 2014. The new model is inspired by the F-Type, and is set to add more practicality to the performance and style that the brand is famous for.
It is said that the new model will look like a proper Jaguar sports car but offer an interior fit for an entire family with class-leading interior space and on-road dynamics with five-seat usability to produce a true performance crossover.
“In 2015 we will celebrate Jaguar’s 80th year. We’ve started it by announcing our first performance crossover which we consider to be the ultimate practical sports car - a car that builds on the marque’s founding ideals of grace, pace and space to become one of the most innovative Jaguars we’ve ever developed,” said Andy Goss, Jaguar Land Rover Global Sales Director.
The F-Pace will be manufactured in Solihull, UK. Jaguar South Africa can confirm that the all-new F-Pace will go on sale locally.
