The exterior features a dark Atlas finish for the grille and side vents, while the door handles, mirror scalps, rear bumper and door sills are body-coloured.

There’s an upgrade pack (R23 000) comprising a 320W, 11-speaker Meridian audio system, Bluetooth® phone interface and extended navigation.

The XS is available exclusively with the 2.2-litre SD4 turbodiesel, which produces 140kW/420Nm, mated to a six-speed sequential automatic gearbox.

Pricing is R512 600 including a five-year/100 000km maintenance plan.
