Based on the S versions of both models, the GTS, aesthetically, gains a Sport Design specific front and rear apron, black headlight clusters with blue modules for the bi-xenon lamps, sports exhaust, satin black 20-inch alloy wheels, GTS detailing at the base of the doors and black taillight clusters.
Inside, the interior mainly benefits from electric sport seats with Alcantara centres and GTS embossed headrests, Alcantara trimmed steering wheel and centre console, and the Sport Chrono Package.
The main change however comes in the form of more power with the 2.5-litre turbocharged flat-four now kicking-out 269 kW and 430 Nm of torque, 11 kW and 10 Nm more than the S, allowing for a top speed of 290 km/h and 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. Linked to either a six-speed manual or seven-speed PDK gearbox, the GTS also comes equipped with Porsche Torque Vectoring, Porsche Active Suspension Management and a mechanical rear locking differential as standard.
Available in Germany from December, pricing starts at €76 137 (R1 201 331) for the Cayman and at €78 160 (R1 233 251) for the Boxster.
