Posted by a reported Peugeot forum, the images sees the 308 benefitting from a new front bumper, new grille with the Lion badge now located in the centre, larger air intakes, LED daytime running light strips and at the rear, darker taillights.
Changes inside are less dramatic with the main highlight being a larger infotainment display. Perhaps more surprisingly though it that the 308 does without the second iteration of Peugeot's i-Cockpit layout as the new 5008.
No technical details were revealed, although expect European models to feature a range of BlueHDI and PureTech three-and four-cylinder engines, with transmissions being a five or six-speed manual as well as a six-speed automatic.
Peugeot has so far yet to comment on the leaked images.
