Based on the normal Panamera but utilising a 4+1 seating layout, the Turismo shares its sedan sibling's 5 049 mm overall length, 2 950 mm wheelbase and 1 937 mm width, but with a five millimetre increase in height for a total of 1 428 mm. According the Porsche, this means a overall boot space capacity of 520-litres in regular model and 425-litres in the E-Hybrid, and up to 1 390 and 1 295-litres respectively with the 40:20:40 split rear seat folded down.
Boasting completely new sheet metal from the B-pillar on, the Sport Turismo features an industry first extendable roof mounted spoiler Porsche claims generates 50 kg of additional rear downforce. Part of the Turismo's Active Aerodynamics, the spoiler stays retracted at speeds up to 170 km/h with a angle of minus seven degrees, but moves automatically by one degree when the speedometer climbs higher.
