Mahindra gives KUV100 a touch of two-tone style

A surprise sales hit since debuting in June last year, Mahindra has added a new top spec model to its KUV100 range, known as the Two-Tone.

Based on the flagship 1.2 K8+, the Two-Tone mainly benefits from a number of cosmetic additions, consisting of diamond cut 15-inch alloy wheels, red body with a black roof or silver body with the roof finished in black, black mirrors and blacked-out pillars giving the impression of a floating roof.

Changes inside are minor with the sole difference being black piano key inserts, black fabrics and matte silver trim on the steering wheel, centre console and doors.

Motivation remains unchanged with the 1.2-litre mFALCON three-cylinder petrol engine still producing 61 kW and 115 Nm of torque, driving the front wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox.

Priced at R193 995, the Two-Tone also comes with a three year / 100 000 km warranty and three year / 50 000 km service plan as standard.
