New tech and trim level for Mazda CX-3

Mazda South Africa has revised its CX-3 range with the inclusion of its G-VECTORING Control system, and a new flagship spec level with upgraded levels of safety.

Slotting in above the Individual, the new Individual Plus not only gains the aforementioned G-VECTORING, which provides an even distribution of torque based on steering and throttle input, but also Smart City Brake Support, Adaptive LED Headlights, Lane Departure Warning, Driver Attention Alert and Blind Spot Monitoring.

Motive power remains unchanged with the 2.0-litre SKYACTIV-G petrol engine still producing 115 kW and 204 N.m of torque, which is channelled to the front wheels via a six-speed automatic gearbox. Top speed remains as is at 192 km/h, with Mazda claiming a combined fuel consumption of 6.1 L/100 km and emissions of 146 g/km.

A three year / unlimited km warranty and three year / unlimited km service plan is standard across the range.
