never ever consider buying a GWM ever! I had the GWM 2.2 lux double cab, bought it for 120000 rand. after two years the retial value was 45000 rand! overall, its a mess! Chinese copied everything. nothing is original on it.

I had 4 Gwm in the past 8 years .I am a electrical contractor.I had no problems with the first GWM 2.2 MPI .Only thirsty on petrol . After those two petrol models I bougth the 2,8 TCI Diesel .The only problem with this 2.8 TcI Diesel is that the vehicle is loaded ,you battle a to pull away on a uphill (burnring clutch plate . Once it is going there was no problem . I bought myself the Mahindra ,It take the load better for pull away on up hills . I was happy for my trade in price they gave me for my GWM .One off my friends got one off this new GWM 2Ltr diesel and that one pull better away with a load
