CHERY joined the rest of the MPV segments when it launched its 15-seater people mover, the P10.
Not much of a name we will admit, but this big transporter is powered by a two-litre turbocharged engine, which develops 125kW of power and 235Nm of torque, which is transferred to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.
It’s rather bulky size means the car returns roughly 11 litres/100km. But that shouldn’t be a concern as the P10 is a real people mover. Capable of carrying 14 passengers and a driver it’s a spacious vehicle packed with features like electric front windows and exterior rear-view mirror adjustment, as well as a radio and CD player, power steering, four-way adjustable driver’s and front passenger’s seats, adjustable rear seat back and front-rests and sliding door footlights.
On the safety front, the vehicle is equipped with ABS brakes with electronic brake distribution, anti-theft alarm immobiliser and central locking with remote activation.
