FAW V2 Motoring Review
FAW’s second passenger car to hit the South African market will join the Sirius seven-seater MPV and panel van in the model line-up.
Aimed at the entry-level market, the FAW V2 boasts an impressive price tag that’s difficult to ignore. The car is equipped with a 1.3-litre four-cylinder engine which is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.
Some of the styling cues include, alloy wheels, LED brake lights and front and rear fog lights.
In terms of safety, the V2 houses front driver and passenger airbags along with ABS brakes and EBD.
There’s nothing entry-level about the V2 as it also comes with power steering, a full size spare wheel, aircon, electric windows and a 320-litre boot capacity.
The FAW V2 has some impressive styling lines and a small, city-car-feel to make it a worthy competitor, particularly with its attractive pricing.
