Hi Fred and Ademola, pls click on the contact dealer tab, they will give you the information directly.
It seems to me that my nissan almera acenta clear coat is coming of what must i do dealer say the car must go in for fixing but the car not even a year old
Nissan Almera 2002 Automatic. The problem showed up sporadically at first and gradually worsened. Since the driving experience is based on going back and forth from work/home, apart from weather, the conditions seldom change dramatically. Driving at no particular speed or revs for reference nor for any length of time to suspect overheating, the car cuts out completely - noticeably the rev counter drops to zero immediately. As it is an automatic, it requires you to pull over and restart. The car goes immediately as if nothing is wrong. The issue occurs more frequently now and while also cuts out again within a few seconds and a number of times during the same trip, the issue might not show up again for a few days. ODB2 codes shows up nothing, because at the time of inspection, there is usually nothing wrong with the car. It was recently serviced and I do not recall it doing so before the service. (less than R140k on the odometer). For the last two weeks - electrical faultfinding and inspections were done, from chasing for loose wires in the looms, switching around relays and suspected sensors. I've searched the internet too and while finding this problem easily, the solutions are not posted anywhere. Can I be so lucky to run into someone who had this issue before with a clear-cut - "this is your problem" answer! Thanks in advance.
