Techart has upgraded its tuning package for the Porsche 911 Carrera range, offering an even higher power output, an improved exhaust system and fresh styling features.

The twin-turbo 3,0-litre flat-six engine has tuned from the standard 331 kW and 530 N.m of torque to 390 kW and 630 N.m. Providing an additional 15 kW over the previous package, the kit includes the removal of the particulate filter.

When combined with the Sport Chrono Package, the 911 Carrera 4S (in either coupé or convertible guise) with this upgrade is capable of accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in a claimed 3,1 seconds, with 0-160 km/h taking 6,7 seconds and 0-200 km/h done in 10,4 seconds. Techart says the tuned 911 will eventually reach a top speed of 314 km/h.

The flat-six's soundtrack has been amplified by a titanium sports exhaust with dynamic sound management. In addition, this system weighs 60 percent less than the standard item and 40 percent less than the stainless-steel option.

The single addition in the styling department is a pair of carbon exhaust tips, which can be finished in gloss or matte.
