Yes, it's another CarWow drag race. This time, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ and Ferrari 812 Superfast take on the 992-generation Porsche 911 Turbo S.
As a reminder, the Aventador SVJ (R9 695 000) employs a naturally aspirated 6,5-litre V12 sending 566 kW and 720 N.m to all four wheels, allowing for a claimed 0-100 km/h time of 2,8 seconds.
The 812 Superfast (R8 174 500), meanwhile, uses a free-breathing 6,5-litre V12, which delivers 588 kW and 718 N.m to the rear axle and facilitates a sprint to three figures in a claimed 2,9 seconds.
Finally, at less than half the price (R3 849 000), the 911 Turbo S draws 478 kW and 800 N.m from its turbocharged 3,8-litre flat-six, sent to all four corners and allowing a blast from standstill to 100 km/h in a claimed 2,7 seconds.
Watch the video above to see the three vehicles take part in a couple of drag battles, a pair of races from a rolling start and a brake test…
